Manufacturing Defects: Faulty materials, broken components, or assembly issues.
Full Purchase Price: A 100% refund or a brand-new replacement item if returned within 90 days of purchase.

Intentional Damage: Deliberate destruction or severe modification of the product.
Commercial Use: Products used for commercial or industrial purposes (unless specified otherwise).
Return Shipping: Customers must return the product and cover return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged.

1 Year "I Made That!" Warranty
We work with each customer to ensure the product they order from us is what they need it to be. All specifications from size to lightbulb types will be agreed upon before we start building your unit. This allows us to build units based on the customer's specific conditions and use.
What Is Covered
Performance issues, faulty materials, broken components, or assembly issues. Nothing related to normal wear and tear of intended use or caused during shipping.
